Returns and exchanges are not accepted for personalized or custom-made items.

Because our products are made to order and personalized according to your chosen name, text, date, size, color, design, or other custom details, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is a mistake on our side.

Please check all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

If you have any problem with your order, please contact us. We are happy to help and will review the issue.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a mistake on our side, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, correction, or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase.

After this time, production may begin and cancellations may no longer be possible, especially for personalized or custom-made items.

Non-personalized items

For non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are usually paid by the buyer, unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item.
